Lions For Life
There will be NO meeting this month on Thursday, January 7th. We will re-evaluate the situation before our scheduled February 4th meeting. Please continue to pray the rosary for a respect to all life during this month.

Lunch Room Volunteers for Dec/Jan
Below is the link for the Dec/Jan and Feb/March Signup Genius for the lunchroom. Thank you to all the volunteers that have come in and helped out, it is greatly appreciated.
Chess Class
Unfortunately, with Covid-19, we won't be able to hold Chess afterschool on Wednesdays this semester.
National Master, Todd Bardwick, will be offering 4 different online Chess Classes after school from 4:00-5:00 p.m. Mondays - Thursdays from mid-January to mid March.
Different topics will be taught in the Intermediate Classes....so students can sign up for more than one class and learn different chess topics.
The classes will be held on Zoom. Todd will teach the first half hour and the kids will play against each other the second half hour in his private room on ChessKid.com. All kids will also receive their choice of books, either Chess Workbook for Children or Chess Strategy Workbook.

Feel free to share this parents of friends of your kids who are interested in Chess (they don't have to be students at St. Thomas More). Sign up soon since space is limited and the classes may fill quickly .
