St. Mary's is accessible; we will have our normal weekend Mass schedule.  The church is accessible from Fifth Avenue, North (aka Rep. John Lewis Way, N). Downtown is blocked off beginning at Fourth Avenue, N.  (The Google maps on my iphone shows black lines on those streets that are blocked off.)  I recommend coming in from the direction of the State Capital, that is, from the West or North.  For example, you can get off the interstate at Charlotte Avenue, which is open from the interstate down to Fifth Avenue.  

By the way, my cell phone service is out.  I can only use WiFi.  The internet and WiFi at St. Mary's are out.
