Dear Parishioners,

This text I read somewhere at the entrance of a Catholic Church and which goes as follows: 

“My Church is composed of people like me; I help make it what it is. It will be friendly, if I am. Its pews will be filled, if I help fill them. It will do great work, if I work. It will make generous gifts to many causes, if I am a generous giver. It will bring other people into its worship and fellowship, if I invite and bring them. It will be a church of loyalty and love, of fearlessness and faith and a Church with a noble spirit, if I, who make it what it is, am filled with these same things. Therefore, with the help of God, I shall dedicate myself to the task of being all the things that I want my Church to be. Amen.” 

May God bless all you New Year resolutions for 2020. The Priest and the staff of SJE-OLMC wish you all a Blessed New Year.

Queridos Feligreses, 

Este texto lo leí en alguna parte a la entrada de una Iglesia Católica y dice lo siguiente:

“Mi iglesia está compuesta de personas como yo; Ayudo a que sea lo que es. Será amigable, si lo soy. Sus bancos se llenarán, si ayudo a llenarlos. Hará un gran trabajo, si yo trabajo. Hará regalos generosos para muchas causas, si soy un 

donante generoso. Traerá a otras personas a 

su adoración y compañerismo, si los invito y 

los traigo. Será una iglesia de lealtad y amor, de 

valentía y fe, y una Iglesia con un espíritu noble, si yo, que lo convierto en lo que es, estoy lleno de estas mismas cosas. Por lo tanto, con la ayuda de Dios, me dedicaré a la tarea de ser todo lo que quiero que sea mi Iglesia. Amén."

Que Dios los bendiga a todos sus propósitos de Año Nuevo para 2020. Los Sacerdotes y el personal de SJE-OLMC les desean a todos un Bendito Año Nuevo.
