Brothers:
Forwarding on behalf of Deacon Leo.
We enter unprecedented times, be joyous, not sad. God has placed us here, at this time for a reason. We are here not as a random point in time. Be joyous, we are entering times not seen before. The radicalization of burning and looting is claimed to be a push towards democracy. This towards the good, the opposite, well we will see. Again we must be joyous for the time we live in, not sad or downtrodden. God has a plan, a blueprint in place. Christ was crucified, died and was buried. Just like Christ, the church will enter crucifixion from the outside. Leadership in many areas has been saturated by the evil one. Remember God has a plan, be upright & be joyous. We live for life eternal, on a mission to be disciples of Christ. He will rise. He will come on the last day and He will be victorious.
For the next twelve days, starting today please read Psalm 121. Meditate on the Psalm and let the thoughts guide you. It speaks of the ground of Palestine, which is rough, journeys meant discomfort, but the pilgrim took courage for the Lord protects his own. It is a prayer for us in times of uncertainty. We find ourselves on a mission which will lead us to the promised land, across the difficulties and dangers of this world. Jesus reassures us that along with the Father and the Holy Spirit, we are able to overcome the dangers of this world. Peace be to all of you, be joyous in the Lord.
God's Blessings;
Deacon Leo
