Dear Friend of St. Joseph Catholic School,

Mrs. Rita Stasi, the esteemed faith and instructional leader of St. Joseph Catholic School since July of 2007, plans to retire from her position as principal on June 30, 2021. 

I sincerely thank Mrs. Stasi for the outstanding job that she has done of ensuring the academic and spiritual success of our students and staff for the past 13 years. I encourage you to include Rita and the entire St. Joseph Catholic School faculty and staff in your thoughts and prayers as they continue to work together to deliver Catholic education of the highest quality to all students of St. Joseph Catholic School throughout the remainder of the 2020-2021 school year. 

I invite you and all St. Joseph parishioners, school faculty, parish and school staff members, and school families to actively participate in the search for our next principal by completing an online survey. The St. Joseph Catholic School Principal Search Community Survey instrument takes only 5-7 minutes to complete and gives you an important voice in the search for our next school leader. 

Survey data that you submit is used to create a Principal Profile that defines the leadership attributes that are most highly valued by the St. Joseph School and Parish communities. In addition, both qualitative and quantitative data is studied by Search Committee members and is used to develop questioning protocols for first and second-round interviews of all principal candidates.
