FLOCKNOTE IMPLEMENTATION
Holy Cross families’ names, email addresses, and/or cell phone numbers have been transferred into Flocknote.
Holy Cross's Flocknote Account is within the LNMV Tri Parish Flocknote account.
Flocknote will replace group emails such as the Thursday Folder, class emails, staff emails, committee emails, etc. and give you the option of how you would like to receive communication from Holy Cross whether it be by emails or texts.
You have been added to the all school Holy Cross Group so that you will receive communication such as the Thursday Folder. You have also be added to the Classroom Group for each of your children so you may receive communication from your child's teacher.

FAMILY FUN NIGHT AT HOLY CROSS!
No need to make supper, food trucks are coming to Holy Cross on Thursday, August 10, from 4 - 7 p.m.!
Come join us for a family fun night. Try your chance at a scavenger hunt or a trip down the big inflatable slide and reward yourself with a free ice cream treat!

EARN TUITION CREDIT WITH SCRIP
The "Shop with Scrip" program is continuing! Next order deadline Thursday, August 3. It’s easy to put money toward your tuition cost by using gift cards ordered through our school. BAND LESSONS
Band lessons are open to all students in Grades 4 – 8 who are interested in learning a band instrument! These lessons will be offered during the school day on Tuesday and Thursday mornings. Please join us for an informational parent meeting on Tuesday, September 12, at 6:30 p.m.

SUMMER EVENTS
Summer parades and church festivals are important community events, and Holy Cross Catholic School is a visible participant. Volunteers are needed to walk in parades and host a table at the parish festivals. We hope you can join us. CATECHESIS OF THE GOOD SHEPHERD
We are excited to let you know that “Catechesis of the Good Shepherd” (CGS) is coming to Holy Cross this fall! In preparing to open this program to our preschool and kindergarten students, we have found we need help in a couple of ways. If you are interested in helping us with anything on the list below, please contact the school office for more details.
We need someone to:
o Construct and finish a room divider, approximately 3-4feet tall x 8 feet long
o Help finish (stain & varnish) the new furnishings
o Help paint some of the manipulative equipment ( reliefmaps, figures, etc.)
o Become a CGS classroom assistant
o Become a CGS lead instructor
