Here are the THREE things you need to know from the desk of Mr. Berry.
1) The OLP Fish Fry is Back 2/26
What's new: The OLP Men's Club has reinvented their Twin Cities famous Lenten Fish Fry, making it available for curbside pick-up on Friday, 2/26.
Why it's important: As many are well aware, the Twin Cities Lenten Fish Fry scene is second-to-none, with Our Lady of Peace leading the pack and drawing families from across the metro and beyond into the OLP gymnasium for some of the best grub in town. Thankfully, COVID could not stop this seasonal favorite, and the fryers will once again be lit later this month. Individual meals are available for purchase online in advance only, and guests can select their preferred pick-up time to ensure proper social distancing can be observed.
What's next: Quantity and pick-up times are limited, so place your order today by clicking here. In addition, an operation of this nature can only succeed with an ample amount of volunteers. Plus, volunteering can be a great way to get to know other OLP families. If you are willing and able to assist, please contact Dave Marrese (dmarrese@olpmn.org).
2) Start Thinking Spring with the OLP Annual Flower Sale
What's new: Back by popular demand, the OLP Wagners Flower Sale has officially kicked off.
Why it's important: With subzero temperatures coming later this week, we all need a reason to start thinking warmer thoughts. Plus, with flower delivery guaranteed before Mother's Day, it's an easy way to plan ahead and show Mom how much you care. You'll be saving time, saving money (these kits are priced 30% lower than retail), and supporting Our Lady of Peace in the process. Win-win-win!
What's next:Click here to view the available arrangements and place your order before Friday, March 26th.
3) Lunch Orders Due Monday 2/8
What's new: Hot lunch orders for February 15th through February 26th are due on Monday (2/8).
Why it's important: If you would like to avoid packing lunches in the morning, or are simply trying to expand your student's palate, the OLP Hot Lunch Program is the perfect solution for you. Lunches can be ordered for the full two weeks, by individual day, or even simply ordering a carton of milk to accompany that PB&J from home. Please note, we will continue to order lunches in 2-week segments, as was started in November. As a reminder, this decision was made as a precaution to reduce the chance of families paying for lunches that could ultimately be missed due to unexpected pandemic-related campus closure.
What's next:Click here to review the upcoming menu and place your order. Fly High!

Principal
Please save the date for our Annual Spring Gala on the evening of Saturday, 4/24. We've got a lot to celebrate (virtually, of course).
