We Journey as Disciples Together
Opening on Ash Wednesday, Queen of Heaven will launch a survey that asks for your feedback about living discipleship at our parish. How have we set the stage for your spiritual growth? How can we improve? We want to know! Survey completion should only take 10-15 minutes.
The Disciple Maker Index Survey is being conducted in partnership with the Catholic Leadership Institute and ends on March 22. All responses will be confidential. Feedback will inform parish planning and will be shared with the parish in the Spring/Summer.
