- The Schimmy Scramble Golf tournament, to raise donations for the ALS Association and Dan Entinger, former OLL employee, will be held on August 26th, 2017, at Dahlgren Golf Course.

- Attention: All Men of the Parish
- Catholic Watchmen Night September 12th (add this to my calendar)
- The mission of the Catholic Watchmen is to respond to Bishop Cozzens’ call to Catholic men to live up to their duty to be protectors, providers, and leaders of their families. To accomplish this task, Catholic Watchmen learn and practice Seven Disciplines.
- The Catholic Watchmen Meetings are scheduled for the 2nd Tuesday of the month. All men of the parish are welcome to attend our Meeting on Tuesday, Sept. 12th. The schedule is as follows:
- 6:00pm: Adoration & Confession
- 6:30pm: Mass
- 7:00pm: Meeting (we’ll begin with a meal, followed by a video presentation, social time and group discussion).
- Each month we will explore one of the Seven Disciplines for a spiritual journey.

- The OLL 5K is almost here!
- Similar to past years, we are teaming up with The Running of the Bays
Half Marathon, which is on Saturday, September 9th, at 7:30am. - Please note that this is not the same weekend as the Incredible Festival.
- All proceeds from the 5K will continue to go to OLL.
- The 5K Family Fun Run is for all ages & paces! Strollers are welcome at the back of the 5K start.
- The 5K will start from Grandview Middle School at 7:35am. Your victory will come with a grand finish at the Bethel Methodist Church in downtown Mound.
- Additional details and online registration is available via the “Online Registration” button at runningofthebays.com. Register by August 28th to guarantee proper T-shirt size.

- Parishioners are invited to call the Parish Office or send your request via our website prayer request page to request prayers for those in need. *We require permission of those being prayed for, and will then forward the request to the prayer ministers. If preferred, the person’s name may remain anonymous.

- The weekend of August 26th/27th we are renewing the list of names in the bulletin of those in need and those serving in the military.

- The Incredible Festival Raffle is a significant part of the overall success of the Festival.
