Finally, I was visiting my parents this weekend and heard about this cool thing the Archdiocese is doing for families during Lent. It’s called the “Synod at Home.” I included some information in the Parent’s Section below, it’s definitely worth checking out. I know I’ll be checking it out with my family!

A group for teens, led by teens!

Pax Christi Youth Center/On Zoom
This group will give teens an opportunity for discussion and prayer while at the same time equipping them to become potential small group leaders on their own! We will meet Thursdays during Lent.
Teen Game Night at St. James Coffee
Sat Feb, 27, 4:00-6:00 pm
Hang out, have some snacks and drinks, and play some games at St. James Coffee. Sone snacks will be provided, drinks are for purchase.

Stations of the Cross
For Teens on Friday March 5th
Every Friday during Lent Pax Christi parishioners gather to pray the Stations of the Cross; one of the most beautiful prayers in the Catholic tradition. On March 5th teens will be leading a version written specifically for teens. We would love to have some volunteer readers. Sign up below.

Franciscan University is bringing their Steubenville Youth Conference back to Rochester this summer!

Rochester Service Week June 15-20
for Middle & High School Students
We are combining our Middle School Service Week and High School Service Trip into one week this year, right here in Rochester! Students will come together for Mass in the morning and then go their separate ways for service projects and other activities. More details to come soon.

Bible in a Year Podcast
Fr. Mike Schmitz is hosting a daily podcast (ranging from about 15-20 min on average each day) that will take you through the entire Bible in a Year! I have been listening and it is awesome! You should definitely check it out.
Bible Reading Chart to Track Your Progress
I saw a chart like this on a Protestant Blog and thought it was a cool idea. So, I stole it and modified it for Catholics and specifically for you! You can use this chart to track your progress as you read through the Bible. Simply check/fill in each chapter as you read it. I have some high quality prints coming in soon, if you would like a copy just let me know.

A great resource for individuals and/or small groups to use to reflect on, and pray w/the Sunday Mass Readings.
