My Brothers,

Our council meets this Wednesday,02/24/21, Please say the rosary before the meeting. EWTN has the daily rosary at 6:30.  Meeting will open on ZOOM at 7PM with about 15 minutes for social time while every body connects, business meeting to follow.

We tried this at the January meeting and it seemed to work well.

I emailed Fr. Jeff with the estimate and asked how much of it the church will guarantee if we are unable to sink the cost by donations from our brothers. I have no response. Here is some food for thought we can refine at our meeting:

We set up an account to hold donations for the ramp, promote donations from the members for the next 3 months. After 3 months of collections I again share with Fr. how much we have in the account and a refresher on the estimate and ask him to give the yea or nay. If nay, we close out the ramp fund with a donation to the General Building fund (we’ll need to include this caveat in the promotions), and close this project. Those are my thoughts, I want yours.

I started up with the Committee positions we discussed last month… my bad, I haven’t closed this out yet. I’ll focus on the issue with priority this month.
