III Sunday of Lent - March 6/7, 2021

We are both joyful and grateful for the continued option to celebrate Mass indoors this weekend.

To give those at greater risk of contracting COVID-19 the possibility to fully participate in Mass without worry, all attending masses should wear masks at all times inside the church building. During communion, lower your face-covering to consume the Eucharist and reposition it immediately thereafter.

AS A REMINDER: The Sunday Mass dispensation still holds, for those who are high risk, uncomfortable or unable to attend Mass right now.

Our capacity under physical distancing guidelines is at 580 individuals. Please read the below carefully for instructions on Phase 2.5 guidelines and Mass times.

Maintain 6' of distance between you and others outside of your immediate family/members with whom you co-habitate.
Wearing a face-covering or mask is mandatory for all masses.
Communion will be brought to the pews. PLEASE DO NOT MOVE FROM YOUR SEAT. Communion will only be distributed in the Species of the Body. We recommend that everyone receive by hand for the general safety of all our parishioners, including the high risk and elderly. Those seating on the chairs are asked to stand or kneel to recieve Holy Communion.
The Sign of the Peace should only be exchanged within households.
Refrain from singing to minimize the potential for high viral load into the atmosphere.
After Mass, please exit through the nearest door as sanitizing procedures will be conducted between Mass times.

Announcements

* Thanks to all those who have already submitted their pledges online or in the offertory last weekend. Our goal for the past three years has been $238,217, now we are at 61% of that amount in two weeks. Thank you!

Bishop’s Annual Appeal commitment envelopes are available in the church or you can donate online at GivetoBAA.org or on the church website https://scswf.weshareonline.org.

* Second Collection this weekend for Of Living Stones Building Fund to help pay down the debt on the church building.

* Confirmation interviews for all those receiving the Sacrament of Confirmation this April will begin next weekend.

* Little Bethlehem Christian is a group that represents 200 Christian families who live in Bethlehem the Holy land and make their living as wood carvers. After each Mass next weekend (March 13th & 14th ), the group will display a collection of hand carving olive-wood religious items, as they are also for sale. The profit goes to support Christianity in the land of Christ.

* There will be no Deanery Lenten Penance Services this year. Fr. Miller and I will be offering extra times for confessions on:
