On Saturday, March 20, Bishop Cotta blessed the newly acquired statue and celebrated Mass for for the Sisters of the Holy Cross. The convent was blessed last September by Bishop Cotta and now their St. Joseph convent is complete. The Sisters live in Stockton where they serve as catechists at Mary Help of Christians Vietnamese Center. Concelebrants for this joyous occasion were Fr. Paul Tran (Pastor at Mary Help of Christians in Stockton), Fr.Joe Hung (St. Anne’s in Lodi), and Fr. Mark Wagner (Pastor of Presentation Parish in Stockton).
