The REFORM Wellness Retreat on Saturday, March 27, was a huge success! Jackie Mulligan presented on the 8 pillars of wellness - nutrition, sleep, stress management, community, play, functional movement, personal growth and space, with faith being at the center of them all!
REFORM focuses on empowering the whole person to find well-being in God and receive life in abundance. Jackie left us with plenty to reflect on!
God blessed us with a beautiful, warm, sunny day so that we could enjoy each other's company during lunch in the Mary Garden.

A special thank you to Sara Einterz who lovingly prepared individual salad meals for participants, along with soup and cookies.The soup recipe was requested by so many, Sara graciously offered to share it here! It's absolutely yummy!
