Sunday of Divine Mercy
We will celebrate the Feast of Divine Mercy on Sunday, April 11 after the 11:30 AM Mass. There will be exposition of the Blessed Sacrament, praying of the Divine Mercy Chaplet, and veneration of the Divine Mercy image. Let us never fail to seek the mercy that God desires to freely give us. Jesus, we trust in You!
Holy Hour for Life TODAY
The Respect Life Committee invites you to the Holy Hour for Life during Eucharistic Adoration on Friday, April 9 from 4:00 – 5:00 PM in the Main Church. Come join us as we adore our Lord in the Blessed Sacrament, listen to songs of praise, listen to teens and children read prayers and scripture verses, and pray all will respect the sanctity of life from conception to natural death.
Healing Mass
The Life in the Spirit Charismatic Prayer Group will sponsor a Healing Mass on Wednesday, April 14 at 7:30 PM in the Little Church. The Divine Mercy Chaplet begins at 7:15 PM. There will be anointing for those in need during Mass. All are welcome to attend!
Bereavement Support Group
Are you grieving the loss of a loved one? This newly formed group offers support on your journey towards healing. Please join us on Sunday, April 11 from 2:30 – 4:00 PM in Room 104. For contact information and to register, please click here.
Tio Pepe Drive-Thru Event!
Saturday, April 17
- Choose from the Restaurante Tio Pepe menu and call 410-539-4675 to place your order. Be sure to mention Sacred Heart! The deadline is 5:00 PM on Friday, April 16.
- Then pick up hassle-free on Saturday, April 17 between 4:00 – 5:30 PM on the school-side parking lot in front of the Parish Center.
- $5 will be added to each order and donated back to Sacred Heart. Thank you for supporting local restaurants and our parish!
American Red Cross Blood Drive
We will host our next parish blood drive on Saturday, April 17 in the Mother Seton Room from 7:45 AM – 1:15 PM. Come out to support our community and help save lives! Healthy donors are encouraged to schedule a life-saving donation with the American Red Cross.
Boy Scout Mulch Fundraiser
Spring is here, and it’s time to spruce up your yards and flower beds! The Boy Scouts of Troop 706 are taking orders for bagged mulch through April 18. Help support Troop 706 and order your bagged mulch today. Mulch will be delivered on Saturday, April 24, and there is free delivery within a 10-mile radius of Sacred Heart!
Baptism Preparation
The monthly baptism preparation class is on Monday, April 12 at 7:00 PM in Room 104. This one-time class is for parents who are having their first child baptized at Sacred Heart or whose last child was baptized here more than four years ago. Ministry Spotlight: A.S.K. Women's Bible Study
We are a non-denominational women’s Bible study, and we've been meeting and studying together at Sacred Heart for 37 years. Before COVID-19, we met in Room 105 every Wednesday from 9:30 – 11:30 AM, and we hope to resume our meetings in July. In the meantime, we’ve recently started Zoom meetings. For more info about our group, please email Diana Hunt at dnmnhunt@aim.com and she will send you the next Zoom invitation. All women are welcome to join! We are now in a study of "12 Women in the Bible". Come and meet Mary of Bethany (Mk 14:1-9) with us!
