Muncie Catholic Vision Plan
A team of parishioners has joined our pastor in an effort to identify future initiatives for our parish by focusing on certain priorities for the upcoming year. These priorities will be determined by YOU, our parishioners, through an upcoming survey. This week everyone will receive a postcard with information about how to access the survey online. If you do not have internet access, paper copies will be available. Please take 10 to 15 minutes to prayerfully read through and answer the questions. Survey results will be anonymous and will be thoughtfully evaluated and taken into consideration as we plan for the exciting future priorities of our parish.

We encourage you to sign up and attend a workshop on COVID 19 Fatigue and Recovery! The workshop will be at the Muncie Knights of Columbus on Saturday April 24th from 10am-3 pm. Please bring an item for the St. Lawrence Church Food Pantry. Bring your own lunch and drink -and wear a mask! If you are attending, please call St. Lawrence Rectory 765-288-9223 to sign up, space is limited. The workshop is sponsored by Stephen Ministry.

Creating a Culture of Encounter is a five-week encounter process to help dig deeper into the Church’s evangelizing mission. In each session, participants will take up a new aspect of Jesus’ encounter with the disciples on the road to Emmaus and focus on a different element of the evangelical call to spread the Gospel, inspired by Pope Francis’s Evangelii Gaudium. The five-week guide invites participants to See, Judge, Act, Celebrate, and take Missionary Action each week.
