Hello, Faith-Filled Families!
I enjoyed seeing the Holy Spirit projects many of you submitted!
We have come to our final lesson for the season, The Good Shepherd.
In these uncertain times, when our children are so aware of strife and struggles around the world, it is not surprising that many are dealing with anxiety. In this lesson we learn that Jesus does not want us to be afraid. He is taking care of us and will never let us out of His sight. The lesson leads us to pray Psalm 23, The Lord is my Shepherd, to remind us that 3000 years ago King David, who was a shepherd as a boy, knew that Our Heavenly Father is in charge and we can depend on Him.
I hope this lesson brings comfort to you and your children and helps them trust in Our Savior! Please send your picture responses to
mfitzpatrick@sjnovi.net.
May God bless the time you spend sharing faith with your children!
