I am so sorry that I have been behind on getting these out! Today the first graders go to celebrate their reading accomplishment of reading 1,285 miles as a class and have our Disney Party. They chose to watch the movie "Zootopia"! They loved watching the movie and seeing all the Disney decorations that I got out. We even got a surprise from Mickey and his friends! They especially loved when I wore my disney ears from 12 years ago. Below are attached some of the photos of the room and them watching their movie! I am beyond proud of these first graders and how hard they are working towards their reading destinations. The next place we will be reading to is Oakland, California for a sports themed party since this is where the reining NBA champions are located. Keep reading!
