By registering for mass, you attest all these statements are FALSE:
• You have traveled to countries outside the United States, visited states with high levels of COVID or been in close contact with anyone who has traveled to those areas within the last 14 days.
• You have been in close contact with or cared for someone diagnosed with COVID-19 within the last 14 days.
• You have experienced any cold or flu-like symptoms in the last 14 days (fever, cough, shortness of breath or other respiratory problem).
Due to state regulations, if ANY of the above statements are TRUE, you are asked NOT TO ATTEND our worship gathering to reduce the risk of COVID-19 exposure to fellow St. Ambrose Parishioners. If ANY statements become TRUE AFTER YOU HAVE REGISTERED, we please ask you cancel your registration and NOT ATTEND.

IF THE MASSES DO NOT FILL UP BEFOREHAND, registration for the Vigil closes for Saturday at 2pm. Registration for Sunday masses close Sunday morning at 7am.
