You are invited to join the Emmaus Walking Group for an early morning walk around the Sacred Heart property on Wednesday mornings between 5:30-6:30 a.m. We walk the safe, well-lit parking lots and back stairs up to the Chapel … all the while watching the sun rise. Feel free to walk, jog, or run, while praying or just visiting with others during this quiet time of the day on our historical parish grounds.
