We still have some time slots not filled for our 24-hour Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament to celebrate the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus, especially in the morning hours. Adoration begins Thursday, June 10, at 5:00 p.m. and continues until Friday, June 11, at 5:00 p.m. For your information, the High School Youth Group has taken the 7:00-8:00 p.m. time slot for Adoration on June 10. At the conclusion of Adoration, on Friday, June 11, at 5:00 p.m., I invite everyone to join for the consecration to the Sacred Heart of Jesus. After that, folks are welcome to picnic up on the hill – bring your own food and beverage. Desserts will be provided.
I also wanted to let you know about the worldwide relay rosary for priests being said on June 11. After the consecration, you may want to join fellow parishioners who will be reciting the rosary at 5:45 p.m. at the Grotto.
The 6:30 and 8:00 a.m. Masses on Friday, June 11, will be celebrated in the Church while Adoration continues in the Chapel.
Peace,
Father Potts
