Growing Together in Faith
We resume the Sundays of Ordinary Time with an insightful gospel about the Kingdom of God. Jesus compares it to a seed that mysteriously grows even into the largest of trees. We may not know how it happens, but we are amazed by it when we see the end result. God is a part of our own growth, too. We may not always be able to see the growth taking place, but when we pause and look back, sometimes we can see how far we've come because we've been rooted in faith.
As we enter into the Mass today, whether we pray on-line or in person, whether it's been in Phase 1 or Phase 5, what keeps us growing and together is Christ who strengthens us.
Phase 5 is Here: What to Expect!
Jim Elder, a leader of our Reopen Team, explains some of the new changes directed by the Archdiocese as a result of the State of Illinois' Phase 5 plan implemented on June 11th. Join us at Mass in person and invite your friends to join us as well. We're now fully open...and you don't even have to register ahead of time! You can just show up! Your presence is what's most important of all.

Meal Donations are Needed for our Totus Tuus Camp Missionaries
The Totus Tuus Missionaries are coming to Saint Hubert to lead our youth in faith and fun the week of Sunday, June 27th through Friday, July 2nd. These four young adults are also actively discerning a religious vocation.
Each day of the Totus Tuus camp lunch is needed for the Missionaries and adults who are helping to run the camp--about 10 people. It can be store bought, restaurant ordered, or homemade.
If you'd like to consider hosting the missionary team for dinner (the 4 young adults) you can do so in one of the following ways:

- Invite them to your home for dinner and conversation
- Bring a meal to the Parish Ministry Center, or
- Donate a gift card for the team to go out to eat at a local restaurant.

A Year-End Appeal for Support
Like many organizations, small businesses and families trying to get through these unexpected times, our parish is no different. As you may have seen in the bulletin, we are falling short of our budgeted offertory goal for the year. If you would like to make a one-time gift to help us balance our budget, our electronic giving platform is Give Central. An alternative is the Universal Offertory Program offered through the Archdiocese. (All donations from the Archdiocesan site go directly to the parish.)
There is also a donation box at the church and parishioners also continue to mail in contributions or drop them off at the parish office.
Thank you for the many ways you give and support this parish we love. Working together, we're making it through.
A New Bible Study
As we return to a new "normal," join Father John Kartje--Rector of Mundelein Seminary--for a free and timely online Bible study as he guides you through some biblical stories that speak of the restoration that emerges through chaotic times. Let the scriptures be your guide to spiritual renewal and healing. The home study begins in July and will be sent via email when you sign up.
Seeds of Faith
Our faith is nurtured by all those who opened us up to the faith: our parents, godparents, friends, family and parish who wanted us to experience a life with God. They helped plant the seeds of faith that allows the Kingdom of God grow in our world.
During the last year, we're grateful for those seeds of faith that took root in our lives and got us through.

Thank you to one of our very first parishers and long-time usher Dick AmRhein. He returned to the worship space to help us out as he always has. As we enter into Phase 5, more and more parishioners are returning to the sacred place that feels like being home.
