My Dear St. Rose Parishioners,

I am pleased to let you know that Saint Rose has been assigned a new Parochial Vicar by Archbishop Wilton Gregory.  Father Emmanuel Lucero will be coming here on July 7, 2021.  

Fr. Lucero was ordained June 20, 2020, and is coming from St. Peter’s in Olney.  He is a native of Neuquén, Argentina and is a former blacksmith.  He is one of eight children.
