Here are the tasks for setup and hosting the Reverse Raffle at 2k Reserve.
Please review the dates times and participate where you can.
Men’s Club has signed up to bring 24 cakes
Those signed up for cakes - bring to Social hall before 1:00pm Thursday or 10:00am Friday or Bring to 2K Friday
Thursday 2:00 pm
Set up tables & decorations at 2k – need volunteers
Bring coolers and wine, beer, sodas to 2K and ice down - Tom an Ronnie
Stuff tickets in pill bottles – need volunteers
Make signs for drinks
Make 5 signs to place on reserved tables
Friday 11:00 am
Complete table setup – need volunteers
Setup DJ area
displays info of new church at the venue – Tom
Bring large ticket tumbler from pole barn to 2K - Ronnie & Marco
Set up Ticket Board – Greg …around 3 -4 pm
Slice cakes for serving – need volunteers
We have hall from 6 -10 pm - be there at 5:00 pm

Volunteers will pull 1 ticket at a time from bin
Kenneth will announce tickets
Tom will log tickets
Ernie & Greg will post tickets on Ticket Board
Friday end of event 10:00 pm
- Mens club will break down tables & take out trash at end of event – need volunteers
