So….I did it again! I forgot to pick up the bulletins yesterday at FedEx before they closed at 6pm. For over 8 years I had either been picking the bulletins up or Jimmy John or Pamela had been getting them. Before Covid, FedEx was open till 9 pm and that gave us time to get them after the days events. Obviously closing at 6 has thrown a kink in the plans.
If you have a printer and would like to print out a few for visitors, maybe we’ll have enough people see this and have some to hand out today. I do apologize! If you need one mailed or emailed to you directly please tell one of the greeters and someone will get it to you.
Happy Fathers Day to all the Dads! I pray that you have a great day today and get to spend time with your loved ones.
There’s not a lot of time-sensitive announcements that need to go out right now. However, I’ll highlight a few as reminders.
Next Sunday is our Ice Cream Run! Right after church Mark “Bear” Hennis will fire up the griddle and make Grilled Cheese Sandwiches. After everyone has eaten, we’ll jump on the scoots and take a nice ride on the back roads to Homeland Creamery. This is always a fun time and you can never go wrong with Ice Cream! Especially from Homeland!
We have a baptism service scheduled for July 11. We have 8 people so far that are interested! Praise God! If you are a follower of Jesus and have never followed through with baptism please let Tony or myself know so we can add you to the list. What a great day that’s going to be!
If you are new to Full Throttle Biker Church and would like to find out more about our church or you would like to get plugged in, we have a class on Saturday, July 24 called “RIDING FULL THROTTLE”. I highly encourage all new folks to participate. The class is from 10 am till noon and lunch will be provided immediately afterwards. A sign up sheet will be at the Pit Stop beginning today.
Please let us know if you are planning to attend.
And lastly, this coming Wednesday night we will have our regular Bike Night beginning at 6 pm. Also we will begin our rotation of DLife. A study guide is needed to participate if you plan to do the full DLife study. The manual is $12. They will be available beginning today at the Pit Stop. If you are interested in just following along you are not required to have the manual. We will be getting a giant sub from Sub Station that feeds up to 30 people this Wednesday. So you won’t have to worry about fixing supper!
Let’s be praying for a great day of worship today and together, in one accord, we pray that the enemy does a flat-face right into the blood-covered, blood-bought wall of protection that comes from believing in Jesus’ name!
Ride Safe in Jesus’!
