Thoughts for the Weekend:
St. Francis of Assisi's feast day is next Wednesday! Our patron saint, a man who had taught us what true conversion looks like, will be celebrated on the 4th.
To really understand Francis and his story, a full biography can be found
HERE.
It took years until Francis learned what God's calling was for him. He learned to be humble in the process. He learned of poverty and how to live a life similar to the apostles. His order teaches us how to truly give everything up to God and follow him. What can you learn from St. Francis this week? What can we do to be more saintly like him?
