Donuts after Mass will resume in a couple of weeks.  I know the Men's Club helped with this in the past.  Are you willing to help again with this service to the parish?

Below is the "job description".  Men's club needs to pick a week( 1 - 5).  Please reply to this flocknote or call me - 281-259-3763 - if interested.

 I would like to begin the weekend of July 11, 2021, but I need to set up a schedule for the ministry of choice to pick a week 1-5 to be the pick-up team on their assigned weekend throughout the year. I am reaching out to you to see if I can get all 5 weeks covered for the pick up at Yankee Doodle Donuts here in Magnolia. If you think that your ministry can take a certain week, please email me and I will assign that week to your ministry. 

The routine is to pick-up the donuts (etc) before 8 am Mass from Yankee Doodle and set them up in the parish hall. Sofie will have the order ready to go and just give you the receipt. You may drop the receipt in the safe and we will take care of paying them. If this is something your ministry can do please email me and I will proceed forward. July has 4 weeks in the month and we will be beginning with week number 2, July 11th. Thank you in advance
