As you are aware, the Racial Equality and Justice Group is taking a summer hiatus during the month of July. We will not be meeting in July. Plans are in place to meet in person at St. Tom's on August 3. More information will be forthcoming later this month about that meeting.
Please remember that we have some summer reading to do. The books that were chosen to read are The Church and the Racial Divide: Reflections of an African American Catholic Bishop by Bishop Edward K. Braxton and White Rage: The Unspoken Truth of Our Racial Divide by Carol Anderson. Both of these books will be discussed in our future meetings.
