Emory Grove Worship Service
Each week, a different local church leads non-denominational outdoor worship at the open-air "Tabernacle" at Emory Grove in Glyndon. Sacred Heart Parish will lead the worship service on Sunday, July 11 at 7:00 PM. These services are open to the public, and light refreshments are served during fellowship time afterwards. All are welcome! (Located at the end of Waugh Avenue.)

Fr. Jerry Francik announced the appointment of Sacred Heart School's new principal, Mr. John Keeley. Mr. Keeley is a seasoned principal and educational leader with over 20 years of experience providing academic leadership in a variety of school settings. He most recently served as principal of St. Thomas the Apostle School in Glen Mills, PA, where he led the school in achieving recognition as a 2019 National Blue Ribbon School of Academic Excellence. He took the reins at Sacred Heart on July 1, 2021.
Adore & S'mores
Sacred Heart Youth Ministry invites all high school teens to our Adore & S'mores! Join us in Eucharistic Adoration on Wednesday, July 14 in the Main Church from 7:00 – 8:00 PM , then come to the Courtyard from 8:00 – 9:00 PM for S'mores, fellowship, and fun.

Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA)
"Thirsting for God?"
Do you know someone not baptized or baptized in a non-Catholic Christian tradition who is thirsting for what it means to become Catholic? Do you know someone already Catholic but has not yet received Holy Communion and Confirmation? He or she may be thirsting, too! The Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults (RCIA) is a place to ask questions and seek understanding. RCIA is a church rite for adults pursuing the possibility of joining the Roman Catholic Church. Dr. Brad Gregory received critical acclaim for his 2012 book, "The Unintended Reformation: How a Religious Revolution Secularized Society". It tells the story of why the modern world and society look the way they do today by diving deep into the drama and the theology of the Protestant Reformation.
