It's one thing to unlock the church doors, reopen the parish campus, reschedule long-held services and reactivate ministries. That's what parish leadership DOES.
It's quite another for parish leaders to acknowledge the strangeness of how it felt for all of us since March, 2020 and admit the impact closing down and or restricting in-person worship and other valued community events had on our entire parish family (individually and collectively).
For some that impact was physical; for others psychological; for others social. Perhaps most important, from St. Thomas the Apostle Parish's standpoint, the impact was spiritual.
We felt it was timely and important to share how we FEEL as we re-engage and move forward. It is our hope the following video does just that!
