Sick Kiddos Need To Stay Home!
Parents,
As we are navigating through the school year, we are imploring you to keep your children home from school if they are showing symptoms of ANY kind of illness. Along with the precautions we are taking at school, we are needing you all to be EXTREMELY VIGILENT in monitoring signs and symptoms of your children. Do NOT send your children to school with even the most minor case of the sniffles; let's err on the side of caution so we can ALL stay healthy and in school! If we have a student come to the clinic, we will be calling you to come pick them up immediately. This will help us to maintain a healthy environment for everyone! Thank you for your support!

Medical Exemptions and Parents/Volunteers
Please know that if you are planning on volunteering in the school at this time, you will need to wear a mask when interacting with children ages 2 - 11. We can only approve medical exemptions for students and staff ONLY. Thank you for your understanding and continued support!
This summer Ms. Weiland and Mrs. Basile went on a trip to Kansas City to study the Auschwitz: Not Long Ago, Not Far Away exhibit at Union Station. They spent four days learning from the Midwest Center for Holocaust Education. They cannot wait to impart their new knowledge on the middle school students at STM Catholic! This powerful exhibit will be in Kansas City until January.
Attention Class of 2022 Parents!
We will be hosting an 8th grade parent meeting on Thursday, September 9th at 8:00am in the small cafeteria to discuss the process of high school admissions and testing. Please join us to find out more information!

Monday, August 30th is picture day
Lifetouch will be onsite to take individual pictures of all STM Catholic students. Please have your children dress up on this day. Order forms will be sent home in backpack mail on Wednesday.

St Thomas More - National Anthem
Would you like to support our St Thomas More Choir singing the National Anthem at a Rockies game? Would you like to cheer on our Rockies Baseball team to a win? Well then grab some tickets for you and your family and enjoy an afternoon of music and baseball on Monday, September 6th (Labor Day) at 2:10pm. If your child is in 3rd – 8th grade at STM and would like to be one of the singers in the choir at the Rockies Game, please have them sign up with Mrs. Burkholder by Friday, August 27th.
