Saint Ann Centennial Novena
July 24th, Day Seven
In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.
Today we ask Saint Ann to pray with us for the intentions of the
Sisters of Mercy, the first administrators and teachers at Saint Ann School.
Dearest St. Ann,
Dearest St. Ann,
We thank you for your love and
protection of our parish for the past
one hundred years. We bless you and
St. Joachim for giving us your daughter,
our mother Mary; for teaching her about
our heavenly Father and for her care of
Jesus during His life on Earth.
Your example and teaching inspired
her holy life and she was chosen by
God to become the mother of His son.
We implore your continued care and protection
of our parish, especially our children.
As you instructed Mary, help us to assist them
to grow in wisdom, age, and grace. We beg
you to ask Mary to lead us to a deeper
relationship with God and with one another.
We pray this through your intercession
and in the name of the Father, Son,
and Holy Spirit.
