Outdoor Movie | Peanut Butter Falcon 8 pm Fri Jul 30 | Youth Center Patio
Hannah, our volunteer intern, will be hosting an outdoor showing of Peanut Butter Falcon, a movie w/great themes about friendship, brotherhood, dignity, and compassion. Fair warning, it is rated PG-13, so this event is just for High School. Read a REVIEW if you are interested. Snacks and drinks will be provided. Bring a chair or a blanket.

Vision Casting &Catechist
Discernment | Aug 4th
Parish leaders have been working diligently on a new pastoral plan and it is ready to be put into action. We are calling all current/returning and interested catechists to come to an evening hosted by Fr. Sauer and the Faith Formation Staff to learn about the plan and the role catechists/volunteers in Faith Formation will play. We'll begin with Mass at 5:30 pm, provide dinner, and end at 8:30.

Open Gym is Back
Wednesdays 6-7 pm | Youth Center
Middle and High School Students are invited to the Youth Center for some open gym/basketball time from 6-7 pm on Wednesdays.
After open gym students are welcome to stay for the bonfires from 7-9 pm.

Have you ever wondered what a Sunday Mass reading is about? Why does it say that? What does it mean? This summer we'll dive into the Sunday Mass readings together through a method of reading scripture that has been practiced in the Church for centuries: Lectio Divina.

Dairy Queen of Peace Walks

After your Monday book discussion/small group you are welcome to take a walk with us to Dairy Queen and back. We’ll have some fun, learn a little bit about Mary under her title of “Queen of Peace,” and we’ll learn some prayers too.

Bible in a Year Podcast
Fr. Mike Schmitz is hosting a daily podcast (about 20 min/day on average) that will take you through the entire Bible in a Year! I have been listening and it is awesome! You should definitely check it out. It isn’t too late to start your day one!

A great resource for individuals and/or small groups to use to reflect on, and pray w/the Sunday Mass Readings.
