I reserved some months ago the Singing River Ranch Retreat House in Evergreen for the days of Monday-Wed., September 6th-8th.  There is room for 15  adult parishioners to join me in this lovely property that is lovingly offered to Catholics by the Amen family who own and run it.  It is adult only as the Amen's offer this property gratis and thus liability issues.  It is nestled back into the mountains with a river, a rustic wood log chapel, and an excellent retreat house with fire place, ample kitchen and spacious quarters. We will have a few communal experiences in prayer and some study on the interior life, plenty of solo/silent time, and a bit of eating well and nipping on a little fruit of the vine!
