I attended a parish ministries meeting with Fr. Jeff Wednesday 8/4. The central focus was on "circles of influence" to help the parish function more smoothly as teams. The main goal is to share Jesus with Prayer, Discipleship, Teamwork. 

I am following that lead in the projects we have before our council.

Some information from talking with Carmen impacts our projects.

We are still going to plan for the 5th Sunday breakfast on October 31, but it is now contingent on how much class room space is needed for Catechism. We simply may not be the room we would need. This also affects Coffee and Donuts, although we are already relieved of that task.

For the ramp project I made contact with the financial committee and will be attending their next meeting to present the drawings and budget estimate. More on that as it happens.

The "bring them back to the pews" video commercial to run after the streamed Mass is still in concept approval. I will be sending the Proof Of Concept "screen test" to the core team (Fr. Jeff, Deacon Jesus, Carmen, Clarita) for review as opposed to just Fr. Jeff.

Please pray for our projects, for discernment of God's will in them and for the goal of sharing Jesus with all.
