Join us at any Mass on August 14 and 15 as we celebrate the Solemnity of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary. Every Mass will be followed by food, drink, and fellowship.
If you are planning to participate in the Sunday 10:00 a.m. Mass, we invite you to join in the procession by gathering at the A Street Pier at 9:15 a.m. We will receive the statue of the Blessed Virigin Mary and process to the church for the 10:00 a.m. Mass while singing Marian hymns and songs.
Festival bags were distributed at Masses over the weekend. If you did not receive one, stop by Saint Ann Church on Tursday or Thursday this week (August 10 or 12) between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. to pick yours up. Feastival Bags include:
Candle: Decorate your candle and bring it to Mass next weekend.
Coloring Sheets for Artists of All Ages: Color Saint Mary of the Assumption and bring it back next weekend for display in the gathering space.
Blessed Miraculous Medal and Prayer Card
Paper Heart: Write the name of someone who served during the pandemic (medical staff, first responders, public health officials, safety personnel, parish volunteer, parish staff, essential workers) and bring it next weekend for our appreciation wall.
