Fr. Ken Wolfe celebrates 9:30 AM Sunday Mass for the Twenty-third Sunday in Ordinary Time.

Scripture scholar Donald Senior, CP, has observed that the words of the Risen Christ outline for us all the themes in the New Testament book known as the Acts of the Apostles: “You will receive power when the holy Spirit comes upon you, and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, throughout Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.” (Acts 1:8).

Fall Bible Study
St. Thomas the Apostle Parish will begin a twenty-week Bible study Acts: The Spread of the Kingdom on September 19 at 6:00 PM.
Participants will meet every week for a lively group discussion and fellowship followed by the viewing of an engaging video presentation.
Acts: The Spread of the Kingdom is a Bible study tracing how the gospel witness spread outward in waves from Jerusalem and reveals how the seeds of Church structure and authority took root. Come and see how the joys and struggles of the early Christians in living the life of Christ apply to us today.
