Family Planning Can Improve Marriages

Natural Family Planning (NFP) has been shown to improve marriages - published studies have shown increased marital satisfaction. It also greatly improves marital communications. NFP is free after the initial training, and empowers couples by giving them highly accurate information about their own fertility, rather than relying on a third party. Finally, NFP couples typically have extremely low divorce rates; one study of 1,100 couples in CA showed a divorce rate of less than 2% over 24 years.
