Save the date for Cedarbrake On the Road Retreat: Join Franciscan Father Albert Haase as he gives a day retreat on the Lord’s Prayer Wednesday, Sept. 22 from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church. As early as the second century, the Lord’s Prayer was referred to as a “Summary of the Entire Gospel.” It was viewed not simply as a prayer method, but also a statement that incorporated all the teachings of Jesus.
