Welcome, Rev. Adrian Chishimba! He comes to St. Joseph Catholic Church with a wise mind and a gentle heart. Fr. Adrian, who will serve as our Associate Pastor, was ordained in 2010. Please join us in welcoming him to our parish and school community!

Women's Bible Study begins this Wednesday: The Wednesday morning Women’s Bible Study will resume Wednesday, Sept. 1. Right now, we are completing a great study on the book of Revelation. After that, we will start a new study, to be determined by the desires of the participants. We would love any woman interested in deepening her knowledge of scripture and our beautiful faith to come join us. We meet every other Wednesday from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. in the Parish Activity Center. Please call Leah Ann if you are interested at (979) 218-2709. 

Faith Formation Registration: Registration for the 2021-2022 Religious Education/Youth Ministry school year will open online on Saturday, Sept. 4. All registrations for Faith Formation and Sacramental Formation will be completed on the parish website. We will offer two models of Faith Formation this year: Classroom Model and Family Model. Save the date for Cedarbrake On the Road Retreat: Join Franciscan Father Albert Haase as he gives a day retreat on the Lord’s Prayer Wednesday, Sept. 22 from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. at St. Joseph Catholic Church. As early as the second century, the Lord’s Prayer was referred to as a “Summary of the Entire Gospel.” It was viewed not simply as a prayer method, but also a statement that incorporated all the teachings of Jesus.
