A few items of particular importance to our parishioners.
Perpetual Adoration. Our Lady of Fatima is one of only eighteen parishes in Colorado with a Perpetual Adoration Chapel. We need your help to keep it perpetual. Please consider signing up for a regular slot or as a substitute adorer through Pentecost 2018. We can’t do it without you. To become a scheduled or substitute Adorer or if you would like more information about Adoration, please take a look at the Perpetual Adoration Chapel webpage at
www.FatimaLakewood.com/Adoration. In addition to a couple of overnight slots, we need coverage for
Thursday at 11 pm and a second person for
Sunday at 8 pm - signup at
Adoration Signup.
Altar Server Training. There will be altar server training on November 12 after the 11:30 am Mass. This training will be for new servers 4th grade or higher, and those existing servers who feel the need to receive additional training.

Message from Tom & Lynn Martinez
A heartfelt thanks from Tom and Lynn Martinez and family to all of you! We have been so blessed by so many this past year; your generosity of thoughts, prayers, support and kindness have helped us beyond what words can express. We couldn’t have made it through all the changes in the past year without all of you. God Bless you all. We are extremely fortunate to belong to such a dynamic Parish, both church and school. Remember, that we walk by faith not by sight.

Habitat for Humanity Outreach Ministry
Our Lady of Fatima and the Habitat Helpers faith coalition are currently building a new three-bedroom home for our partner family, Dismas Niyokumfasha and Beatrice Irankunda, and their three boys. It’s part of the 63-home development at Sheridan Square near the intersection of Hampden and Federal. Again this year, we ask for the help of our parish community to become involved through prayers, volunteerism, and financial support. Please visit the OLF Outreach Ministry page on the parish website at
http://www.fatimalakewood.com/outreach-ministries for details, contact information, and a link to sign up for a workday. Thank you for your continued support of this life-changing ministry!
New Parishioners Ministry!
Our goal is to personally reach out to new parishioners and make them feel welcome and loved at Our Lady of Fatima. We are planning on doing this by looking for a team of volunteers to meet one on one with a new parishioner. On average, a volunteer would meet with a new parishioner once every two months. This would entail calling/emailing the new parishioner, meeting with them one on one at Our Lady of Fatima Parish, and showing Christ’s love to them by creating friendships with them. Contact or Danielle Jones at 303-233-1283 or
olfdaniellejones@gmail.com.
