Dear families and friends in Christ,
As we approach the season of Thanksgiving, we're writing on behalf of the local communities of the Legion of Christ and Consecrated Women of Regnum Christi to express our deep appreciation and gratitude for all the prayers, support, and friendship we have been graced with throughout the Ohio Valley.
In Regnum Christi, we have been called… blessed… and are on a mission.
Our Mission
We are:
- Called to know Christ and bring Him to others.
- Blessed with formation and the tools that equip us to be His apostles.
- On a mission to continue serving the families here in the Ohio Valley.
As Legionary Priests and Consecrated Women, we live out this mission in many ways: through offering Masses and the Sacraments, providing spiritual direction, directing adult retreats and spiritual exercises, and holding youth retreats and camps.
We cannot do this work without you! The experience of God and the life of faith – the life of grace – is priceless. The value of bringing joy and hope in the midst of the confusion and suffering, which many endure, cannot be calculated. There are three main sources of funding for our communities:
- 18% from event fees
- 21% from stipends
- 61% from donations
The following information is provided to help you understand how the funds are used:
28% Personal (food, clothing, medical, etc.)
28% RC territory overhead
14% Property rental
12% Transportation & travel
8% Mgmt & general
5% Insurance
3% Maintenance
1% Supplies & equipment
