Knights of Columbus Recruitment Weekend
The Abbot Pennings Council of the Knights of Columbus will be holding their annual recruitment drive this weekend, September 18-19. Representatives from the Knights of Columbus will speak briefly and be available to answer questions in the Gathering Area following each Mass.
GRACE Annual Appeal
GRACE Annual Appeal Commitment Weekend is this weekend, September 18 and 19. The GRACE Annual Appeal is our annual giving campaign for GRACE Catholic schools and continues to be a primary funding source to advance our
mission.
Today, our mission has never been more important, and we are asking for gifts of prayers and donations to support the future growth of Catholic education in an ever changing world. Registered parishioners will receive the GRACE Annual Appeal mailing which will include a donation card and return envelope for your donation. Donations can also be made online at gracesystem.org/giving/donate-now or by clicking on the GRACE logos to the side.

Pick Up Choir
Thank you to all who participated in the first "Pick-Up" Choir! We again want to invite everyone to be a part of our group! The "Pick-Up" choir meets in the church in the choir area 45 minutes before the beginning of Mass. We will
provide music, you bring your own Breaking Bread book.

Welcome Back
Children of God and Young Families Ministries!
We are thrilled to welcome back two ministries dedicated to our youngest parishioners and their families THIS Sunday, September 19th!
The Children of God program for children ages 4 to 6 is held during the 8:15 Mass on the first and third Sundays of each month. Shortly after Mass starts, children will be dismissed to the Chapel to learn about the liturgy through story-telling, discussion, and play. The lesson will be based on the readings of the week. Just before the presentation of the gifts, children will be escorted back to participate in the rest of the Mass with their families. Please consider having your child(ren) participate in this educational and fun program!
Got your hands full during Mass with a fussy baby? Did you miss out on the homily this week? Join the Young Families Ministry for community and discussion on this week's Readings in the Social Hall the first and third Sundays of the month from
9:30 am-10:00 am. Refreshments and babysitting will be provided.
