Knights of Columbus Apple Sale
The Knights of Columbus will be holding it’s annual Apple Sale after all Masses this weekend, September 18-19. Funds from the sale will go towards support of our seminarians.
Guided Adoration Tuesday Evening
Come for a time of adoration and beautiful music following the 6:30 PM Mass. The time of adoration will last approximately an hour. All are most welcome!
72 Hour Rosary
The angels rejoice, The Blessed Mother find joy, and the Blessed Trinity delights in us praying the rosary. Please join St. Stephen The Martyr Parish in praying the 72 Hour Rosary. We will pray one continuous rosary beginning at October 1st, 12:01 am through October 4th at midnight. Parishioners are encouraged to sign up every 15 minutes on the quarter. You can pray from home, Church, or anywhere! We are praying that our Lord’s abundant graces will flow where needed. Sign-ups will continue this weekend after all masses. Questions? Masks Now Required at all Masses and Indoors Throughout Church Buildings.
The COVID case count in Washington is extremely high and exploding across the state. Due to this exponential growth and the desire to keep people safe and open schools this fall, Governor Inslee announced two new mandates yesterday.
- Indoor Mask Mandate: This universal indoor mask mandate is now in effect. This means:
- All employees, volunteers and visitors must wear a mask while inside any building on a parish campus.
- All teachers, staff, volunteers, students, and visitors must wear a mask while inside any school building.
- All parishioners must wear a mask during all indoor Masses.
- Please note, anyone with a medical exemption will not be turned away.

Living Life as Sacred Story: Forty Weeks Journey
Join us on this year’s new journey; Week One starts Sunday, September 19th. Information night is September 15th Wednesday 7:30pm on Zoom - Book cost is $10 Forty Weeks author Father William Watson, has three primary goals for participants:
1) Develop a personal relationship with our Lord Jesus;
2) Unlock the graces of sacramental Reconciliation;
3) Learn the art of spiritual discernment.
Forty Weeks offers three spiritual exercises to accomplish the above goals:
1) 15 Minute Daily Prayer - Read the lesson for the week and spend 15 minute of prayer helps individuals develop a daily relationship with Jesus.
2) Whole Life Confession – A profound experience writing a special letter to Jesus which unlocks the graces of sacramental Reconciliation. Participants have found this to be one of the most important spiritual events in their lives. Weeks 1-13 guide us toward this holy goal.
3) Faith-Sharing Group - Forty Weeks participants have told us how helpful it was to share their prayer journey experience with others. These optional group meetings are held weekly on Wednesday evening 7:30-8:30pm.
