How about those 15 minutes of prayer?
Last week, we discussed what prayer is, why we should pray, common myths about prayer, and what is needed to pray (e.g. conversion, humility, good disposition, and perseverance). We closed with 15 minutes of prayer, and encouraged the youth to set aside 15 minutes each day with the Lord.
This week, we're picking up where we left off by discussing the three types of prayer: vocal, meditative, and contemplative. We'll also introduce and explore common forms of prayer. Come dressed to play!
