This past Sunday, we had the opportunity to break open our Life Teen theme for this year: Heart of God. We discover a God is relentless in His love for us. A heart that was pierced so that He continue to pour out His love and promise of salvation for us. Heart of God has many facets, just as a single diamond has many facets and reflects in different ways. We'll be taking a little break from Life Nights for all high school teens as we focus on some weeks of preparation for specifically our teens preparing for Confirmation (beginning this Sunday night). Our last two all-high school Life Nights for the fall season will be Sunday, Dec. 10th & 17th. Don't worry, though, we have a few service projects and other events coming up, as well as some exciting detail announcements about winter trips post-Christmas. Please be sure to check below for what's going on with the LT fam!

Life is Very Good Rally

Come be a part of a youth rally and one of the largest annual marches in Washington, as we celebrate and stand up for the beauty of all life - from conception until natural death. Come be a voice for the millions of unborn children who will never find a voice. Hundreds of thousands of voices will gather this year!
St. Michael Life Teen will be traveling with a larger group of teens, college students, and young adults from throughout the Diocese of Richmond as we participate in the youth rally at GMU and then head to Washington for the March! Prayer Scrolls & Care Packages

As we approach the Advent season, come help our parish community pray with and for one another as we work on our 4th annual Advent prayer scrolls project. A name of a parishioner who is waiting and preparing to receive sacraments this upcoming spring will be printed on each of the scrolls, along with a prayer. These scrolls will be placed out during the Advent season for our parish family to pick up and pray for someone. They can even write their prayer partner a message. Last year, nearly 100 prayer partner messages were sent! We'll also be putting together some care packages for some of our Extended Life Teen Family (college students) to let them know we are thinking about them in these Advent days as they head into the end of their school semester. Join us to help us roll the scrolls and make the packages! Oh, and we'll be having Chipotle for lunch!
