We Started Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament
All relationships are strengthen by spending time getting to know each other deeply. In adoration, Christ invites you to know him more intimately and to know yourself more through his eyes. We had our first day of adoration today in the chapel of the House of Prayer. There are still a few hour slots open on Fridays and we invite you to sign up to for this beautiful experience. For safety reasons the House of Prayer is locked at all times and accessible by keypad access.

Opportunity to Help Our Neighbors this Weekend
This weekend we will take up a collection for St. Vincent de Paul to help our neighbors in need. In September, St. Anne Conference helped our neighbors by assisting clients with: Rent in the amount of $5,114.00; Safeway cards @$25 each for $125.00; vouchers for clothes and household items for $512.88; and phone bills for $182.70 for a Total of $5,934.58 in assistance. Thank you St. Anne Parishioners!
Congratulations & Welcome
We congratulate and welcome the members of our Parish RCIA process who celebrated their first ritual step towards full communion in our Catholic Church last Sunday at our 10 AM Mass. Month of the Holy Rosary
Since the 16th century, October has been dedicated as the month of the Holy Rosary. Catholics around the world pray to our Blessed Mother to stay in relationship with her, but especially to be in conversation with her so she can nurture us as her children. Seeking volunteers for hospitality ministry
Are you one of those people who loves to create a welcoming environment? That a stranger is a friend you have not yet met? The ministry of hospitality is for you! This involves - welcoming everyone and introducing new comers (or people who not have not been to Mass for a long time), guiding new and late comers to their seats and helping with introductions after Mass. Basically it’s just being a friendly face and making people feel welcomed to our marvelous parish community. Volunteer by clicking here.
Cry Room NOW OPEN
We are so pleased that so many parents are coming with young children! Parents now have the option (not required!) to use the cry room during both weekend masses. Due to Covid restrictions there is a limit of 4 parent/child couples who may use the room at one time. There is no sign up option, simply an invitation to share the room as needed. Best of all parents can still participate in mass by watching the livestream. The cry room is located in the west end of the church.

For those new to school activities or those who forgot during the year off – MoveAthon is on! On October 14, all K - 8 students will be running, walking, jogging or skipping around the school for 30 minutes to raise funds for the school’s second largest fundraising event. Before then they will be soliciting pledges either by the lap or a flat amount. Everyone can help. The goal this year is $38,000. Is your neighbor, mail carrier, favorite grocery clerk a St. Anne School parent? They will undoubtedly be happy to have their student talk to you.

Faith Formation for Children & Youth
Our program starts in a few weeks. All children ages 4 through youth in grade 9 who are not in a Catholic School need to be registered for this program. This is mandatory for anyone preparing for Sacraments (2nd Grade for Reconciliation/Eucharist; 7th – 10th Grade for Confirmation). Parents should have received an email with information and s fill-in registration form. Please email that completed form to mikeborte@stanneseattle.org.
First Reconciliation/First Eucharist
Registration forms for 2nd grade children were sent to parents last week. Please return them soon. Our first session is on Saturday, October 30th, and the parents will need to have completed the first 3 chapters in the book with their children by then.
