Over 50 parishioners from the five parishes involved in parish renewal went on a bus trip to the Norman Rockwell Museum and the Divine Mercy Shrine in Stockbridge. The weather was beautiful, the company was great, and everyone had a wonderful time! This is a picture of Fr. Thien Nguyen (St. Theresa Parish, Blackstone) and Fr. Nick Desimone and Fr. John Larochelle from St. Mary as they prepared to concelebrate the outdoor Mass at the Shrine.

Our CARE for your Mind, Body, & Soul Ministry is hosting Deacon Ed Shoener from the Association of Catholic Mental Health Ministers to present the above training at no cost to you or our parish. This training will increase our awareness of mental health concerns and help to reduce the affiliated stigma. Did you know one in four individuals who seek help for mental illness will turn to their faith community before they seek help from a professional? Recognizing each other as children of God allows us to treat others as Jesus would treat them.
You are invited to attend this training. Lunch is included and registration is required. There is a two-hour online training that needs to be completed before Nov. 6. Confirmation Update
Our Confirmation program began with a fun night of Survivor!!! Teams competed using their strength and wit. The night ended with pizza and tribal council. There are 55 teens in our two-year program.
Religious Education
Religious Education has begun with great success! Our new program is being met with smiles by teachers and students alike. Classes are meeting at OLV and there are 62 students in the program in grades 1 - 8.
