Friday Prep, 1:00-3:45 PM. This could include breading, rolling fritters, packaging coleslaw, packaging tarter, dishwasher and set up.
Friday Inside, 3:45-7:00 PM. This could include dishwashing, breading, hot table, packaging, baggers (could be kids), cold table, beans and delivery.
Friday Outside, 3:45-7:00 PM. This could include taking orders, selling pull tabs and runners (could be kids).
Friday Cleanup, 7:00-9:00 PM.
