PARISH PICNIC "TAILGATE": OCT 3
All are invited to our Parish Picnic "Tailgate" on October 3 from noon-3:30 PM on the parish grounds. There are so many ways to have fun at our picnic this year. Bring your game day set-up to tailgate in the lower parking lot; win prizes at BINGO, Cake Walk, and CYO's Corn Hole Tournament fundraiser; grab a bite to eat from our free concessions; let the kids get their faces painted and make crafts; hang out on the green space with lawn games and time to celebrate being together as a parish community.

BLESSING OF THE ANIMALS: OCT 4
Bring your pets for a special blessing on Monday, October 4 at 4 PM in honor of the Feast of St. Francis of Assisi. Pets must be in a carrier or on a leash to ensure that your pet is kept safe and under your control and can be kept away from other pets. Blessing will be held on the grounds near the bell tower entrance to the church. Please come prepared to clean up after your pet.
EUCHARISTIC PROCESSION: OCT 4
The 9th Annual Eucharistic Procession on AU Campus will be held on Monday, October 4th, at 7 PM beginning at Langdon Hall. All are welcome to join in procession with the Blessed Sacrament. Altar stops with readings and prayers will be at Cater Lawn and Campus Green Space, ending with Benediction in Langdon Hall.
CATHOLIC FEAST DAYS
We have some big feast days coming up at the beginning of the month! Here are some ideas to celebrate other than attending Holy Mass:
Decorating your dining table with roses to celebrate St. Therese of Lisieux.
Say a prayer to your Guardian Angel, like this one.
Bring your pet to the Blessing of the Animals on Monday to celebrate St. Francis.
Learn and pray the Divine Mercy chaplet, perhaps the one said during Adoration/Confessions on Tuesdays at the parish or with this recording of the Franciscan Friars of the Renewal, to celebrate St. Faustina.

FIRST FRIDAY ADORATION
Exposition of the Blessed Sacrament begins after 12:10 PM Mass and ends with Benediction at 5:30 PM today. There are still spots for adorers to spend time with our Lord!
FIRST SATURDAY MASS
All are welcome to worship at a 7:30 AM Mass on Saturday morning.
PILGRIM VIRGIN STATUE PROGRAM
Parish families are invited to renew their devotion to Jesus through Mary by participating in the Pilgrim Virgin Statue Program. Each week the statue of Our Lady will travel to the home of one parish family for a weeklong visit. While the statue of the Blessed Mother is in the home, families are encouraged to pray together for the intentions of our parish and their private intentions. The statue can be picked up at the Gift Corner on your scheduled Sunday between 9:30–11:45 AM. Return the Bl. Mother statue for her next pilgrimage between the 5 PM Vigil and 9 AM on Sunday morning to the Gift Corner.

Come play in the Cornhole Tournament at the Parish Picnic! Teams of 2 will register at the picnic for $10/pair, and the top prize of the single-elimination tournament will be $100 cash. Thank you for supporting our youth!
